DRY SKIN

Dry skin is one – one of the most common problem for people around the world And it’s getting worse during the winter season.  lotions may not help to protect the skin, and some of them are very expensive and nobody is insured that it will be effective in your skin. That’s why i offer a natural method for dry skin which will  help you save you time and money.1. Drink a water

you should drink 10 glasses of water at least per day. it helps to moisturize your skin and doesn’t lets it to dry

 Do not use soap
people think that the skin washed with soap is good, which is incorrect. soap constituent chemicals encourage Dryness of the skin , because it eliminates The upper layer (epidermis), thats why you should not wash skin with soap.

 3. eat more fruits

 4. Sleep

Your skin and body needs  8 hours of sleep for good health
Lack of sleep poses a problem for the skin.

MASKS FOR DRY SKIN:

1)    1/2  natural yogurt  (without any fruits)
       1 tea spoon honey
       1/4  banana

Mix it and apply on the face for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

2)   1 egg yolk
      1 tea spoon orange juice
      1 tea spoom olive oil

Mix it and rinse after 15-20 minutes.
