Macedoine de Legumes (vegetable salad)

4 Carrots in 1/4 inch cubes
2 Potatoe in 1/4 inch cubes
1 turnip in 1/4 inch cubes
1/2 pound green beans
1 package frozen peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

1.Cook all vegetables in salted boiling water for 10-15 minutes. drain and refrigerate.
2. in a mixing bowl combine (cold) vegetables with mayonnaise and pepper
3. Serve in a bowl or individual plates.
