There are lot of ways of handling stress. However, in my opinion  best thing to do is to turn off every single electronic device, avoid communications, play enjoyable music, light up aromatic candles in most comfortable room in your house ( with less furniture and staff) and lye down, on the floor. Don’t think, just enjoy surrounding. That kind of actions affects your nervous system positively.
Try to do whatever u love to do. If u are confused about what u love , who u love or even who are you just take a walk for an hour. Its definetly gonna change your mood by little.
it is scientically proven that sleep helps prevent stress. It helps u physically and morally. After a good night sleep you are less nervous and stressed which helps u making right decisions. Before u go to bed take a warm bath or have glass of red wine to calm your nerves down.
